Hinojosa De Duero is famous for its excellent pure cheeses made from raw sheep's milk. Its artisan cheese factory CYNARA stands out. You can also find quality cheese in: La Fregeneda, Sobradillo, Bogajo, Vilvestre, Pereña.
Extra virgin olive oil
Ahigal de los Aceiteros has the first Almazara Ecológica de Castilla y León, its excellent "olive juice" is of recognized quality.
Honey
The Mediterranean microclimate and the flora existing in the Natural Park, make it a paradise where bees make their extraordinary honey.
Wine
The Arribes del Duero is a favorable place for the cultivation of the vine and its native Juan García grape. The Cooperativa Arribes de Corporario and the Ribera de Pelazas winery in Pereña are two examples of this.
hornazo
Lumbrales presumes to make one of the best hornazos in the province. The Amador bakery is a specialist, they add extra virgin olive oil to their bread dough and fill it with local production sausage and then cook it in a wood oven.
Sweets
The fields of almond trees are a spectacle in the flowering season and thanks to them you get the almond, appreciated fruit that is used to make many of the typical sweets of the region such as repelaos, perronillas and piñonate.
